Katbon Chocolate Tart

Ingredients

  • Two bags chocolate chips (semi-sweet, bittersweet, whatever you can handle)
  • One can evaporated milk
  • Mascarparone
  • Graham cracker pie shell
  • Sea salt

Directions

  1. Put the chocolate and evaporated milk in a microwavable bowl. Nook it until the chocolate starts to melt.

  2. Mix it all until it is as silky smooth as Zohan’s hair.

  3. Add the mascarpone. Mix it again until the mascarpone is not clumpy.

  4. Add some sea salt and any other little flavorings you wish. Lemon zest, cinnamon, cayenne, and some other spices (but not all of them!) will add a little zazz.

  5. Now pour the mixture into the crust and then send the pie to the refrigerator to cool. Once cool and ready, make sure to only do small slices since the pie is extremely rich and could prevent you from performing any kind of activity for the rest of the day.
