Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves smashed and peeled
- 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp each coarse s/p
- 1 lb button mushroms
- fresh chives
- parmesan
Directions

In small saucepan, combine garlic, lemon zest lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar and s/p. Bring to a simmer over med cook 3 min.

In med bowl combine warm marinade and mushrooms trimmed and quartered cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve: bring to room temp remove garlice cloves and top with fresh chives and parmesan.
