Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon cut crosswise into 1"pieces
- 1 med yellow onion diced small
- 4 garlic cloves smashed and peeled
- 2tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1lb dried white beans such as great northern or cannellini picked over soaked overnight and drained
- 2 bottles original blue moon
- 1 3/4 c low sodium chicken broth
- coarse s/p
- 1-2 tbsp cider vinegar
Directions

eheat oven 350. In heavy pot cook bacon over med until it is crisp and browned. Transfer to paper towel to drain. Increase heat med high add onion and garlic to pot and cook. 4 min. Add msutard and honey cook 1 min. Add rosemary beans beer and broth season s/p bring to a boil, cover and transfer to oven.

Bake until beans are tender and most of liquid is absorbed about 2 hours. Season to taste with vinegar s/p.
