Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1/3 c packed light brown sugar
- 4 tsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 large granny smith apples, peeled cuting into 3/8" slices
- 1tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1tbsp light butter cut into pieces cold
- Topping:
- 1/3 c each coarsely chopped walnuts, old fashioned rolled oats, and packed light brown sugar
- 1/4c flour
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp light butter cold cut into pieces
- 1c low fat vanilla ice cream
- 1c fat free non dairy whipped topping
- 4tsp fate free carmel topping

at oven 350. coat 8" square baking pan with cooking spray.

In bowl mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add apples lemon juice toss to coat. Mound filling in prepared baking dish dot with butter cut into bits.

ke 25 min. Remove cool on wire rack. Increase oven temp to 375.

In bowl toss wlanuts oats, sugar flour and cinnamon. Add butter rub in with fingers until evenly moistened and crumbly.

Sprinkle topping evenly over apples pressing down lightly. Return dish to oven bake 25 min or until crisp and browned and the filling is bubbly.

Cool on wire rack just until warm then serve with 1/4 c ice cream 1/4 whipped topping and drizzle caramel.
