Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 10lbs russets or other baking potatoes
  • 2c shredded cheese
  • cream or milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • s/p
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Bake potatoes in oven 1 hour. Slice off tops. Scoop out insides and put in mixing bowl. Add other ingredients and beat just until blended. Reserve a little of the cheese. Scoop back into skins top with cheese a sprinkle of paprika. Bake 20 min or until warm through and cheese is melted.
