  1. Combine in food processor 1 can peeled tomatoes, 1 jalepeno cut in thirds, 1/4 onion cut into small wedges, tiny bit of fresh or jarred garlic, garlic powder, small amount of cilantro and a squeeze of lime. lots of salt and a little bit cumin. Pulse to blend, be careful not to OVERBLEND/UNDERBLEND it, there should be little chunks of jalepeno and tiny tomatoes good for dipping
