Lemon Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • yellow food coloring, if desired

Directions

  1. Blend 1st five ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes, or when center springs back. Cook right side up.

  2. In smaller bowl, mix remaining 3 ingredients well and pour over cooled cake top.
