Spoon Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can (8 oz.) white corn or shoepeg corn
  • 1 can (8 oz.) creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and bake @ 350-400 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
