Ingredients
- 3-4 checken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 TBSP butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 TBSP chili powder
- garlic powder, to taste
- salt, to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes & green chilies
- soft tortillas
Directions

Saute in butter, onion and bell pepper. Add chili powder, garlic powder and salt. Add soups, Rotel and chicken. Simmer 15-20 minutes.

In 9X13 inch pan, place layer of cut-up tortillas, layer of meat sauce and layer of cheese. Repeat about 3 times.

Bake about 20-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
