White Chicken Spinach Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pizza crust, 13.8 oz roll
  • 1 jar (16 oz) Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Pasta Sauce
  • 1 bag fresh baby spinach leaves, 6 oz bag
  • 4 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella & provolone cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Unroll dough onto greased large baking sheet and press with fingertips to stretch dough to fit baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 8 minutes and remove from oven. For a crispier crust, bake an additional 2 minutes.

  4. Increase oven setting to 450°F.

  5. Spread Alfredo sauce on crust to 1/2 inch from edge.

  6. Arrange spinach, tomato slices and chicken, and top with shredded cheese.

  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
