Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Flour
  • 2 T. Sugar
  • 1/2 teas. salt
  • 1 c. Milk
  • 3 eggs

Directions

  1. mix flour, sugar, and salt

  2. add eggs and milk slowly.

  3. stirring until smooth

  4. grease fry pan just enough to keep batter from sticking.

  5. Cook like a thin pancake, flipping once.
