Lasagna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (30 oz.) jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce (garden seasoned)
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese (12 oz.)
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger and drain off fat into grease can, NOT down sink)

  2. Add sauce to hamburger and simmer.

  3. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. (Boil about 8 minutes)

  4. Use 9×13 greased baking dish

  5. Layer first with noodles, then ricotta cheese, then mozzarella cheese, then hamburger with sauce and Parmesan cheese.

  6. Alternate layers ending with meat sauce, and cheese on top

  7. Bake uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
