Ingredients
- 1 large egg white
- 2 c unsalted pecan halves
- 2 c unsalted cashews
- 2/3 c sugar
- 1 T cumin
- 3/4 t cayenne (?)
- 1 t cinnamon

en 250. Beat egg white with 1 T water til foamy. Add nuts, sugar, spices an 1/2 t salt. Mix. Spread on parchment line baking sheet. Bake til nuts are almost dry, but still a little sticky Approx. 40 min. Remove nuts from oven and stir. Temp to 200. Return nuts to oven and bake til crisp. (approx 30 min) Stir to loosen an cool.
