Sausage Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 JD sausage
  • 2 bags (16 0z ea) cole slaw mix
  • 3 T fresh ginger chopped
  • 3 T garlic chopped
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1 t salt
  • 1pkg egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • mustard, s/s sauce, soy sauce

Directions

  1. Fry out sausage. Drain. Add coleslaw, ginger, garlic, s&p. Drain in olander. Cool 15 min. 1/3 cup sausage on each egg roll. Fry.
