Ingredients
- 1 JD sausage
- 2 bags (16 0z ea) cole slaw mix
- 3 T fresh ginger chopped
- 3 T garlic chopped
- 1 t pepper
- 1 t salt
- 1pkg egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- mustard, s/s sauce, soy sauce
Directions

Fry out sausage. Drain. Add coleslaw, ginger, garlic, s&p. Drain in olander. Cool 15 min. 1/3 cup sausage on each egg roll. Fry.
