Penne With Pepper And Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Penne
  • 1/4 c. Pasta water
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1 Red hot pepper (dried)
  • 2 oz. Romano cheese
  • 2 oz. Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta and set aside.

  2. In a sauce pan add butter, olive oil and garlic. Cook two minutes then slightly reduce heat. Add pasta and cheese to pan and stir. Add pasta water and cook 1-2 minutes. Add parsley and cracked pepper to taste and serve
