Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 1/4 Tsp. pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco mix
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped, seeded & drained
- 1 can (3 1/2 oz.) black olives, sliced
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can bean dip
- tortilla chips
Directions

Peel, pit and mash avocados. Add lemon juice, salt & pepper.

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco mix in separate small bowl.

Spread bean dip on shallow platter. Top with avocado mix. Spread with sour cream mix. Top with onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
