Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3-4 squash, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing

Directions

  1. Steam squash, then drain. Combine soups and squash in large bowl.

  2. In separate bowl, mix melted butter with stuffing mix. Add 2/3 of this mixture to squash mixture.

  3. Put squash mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 stuffing mixture on top.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
