Pork and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean pork
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 lbs asparagus
  • 2 cups julienne carrots
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp salad oil
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil

Directions

  1. Cut the pork into 1 inch pieces, and cook in a skillet until no longer pink.

  2. Remove the pork to a plate and use the skillet to cook the asparagus and carrot pieces.

  3. Cook the egg noodles.

  4. Combine noodles, pork, asparagus and carrots in a bowl.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, honey, salad oil and sesame oil.

  6. Pour dressing over noodle mixture and mix well.

  7. Top with sesame seeds.
