Ingredients
- 1 lb lean pork
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 lbs asparagus
- 2 cups julienne carrots
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
Directions

Cut the pork into 1 inch pieces, and cook in a skillet until no longer pink.

Remove the pork to a plate and use the skillet to cook the asparagus and carrot pieces.

Cook the egg noodles.

Combine noodles, pork, asparagus and carrots in a bowl.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, honey, salad oil and sesame oil.

Pour dressing over noodle mixture and mix well.

Top with sesame seeds.
