Spanish Hotdogs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 small can tomato juice
  • 1/2 small bottle ketchup
  • 1 lb hotdogs, split lengthwise

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Drain, if needed. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Add tomato juice and ketchup.

  3. Heat split hotdogs in boiling water. Add hotdogs to sauce. Simmer 1/2 hour or more.

  4. Serve in hotdog buns with sauce poured over top.
