Easy Taco Melts

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 c thick and chuncky salsa
- 1 can large refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 c shredded Monterey Jack Cheese or Mexican Cheese blend

Preheat oven 375 degrees

In skillet mix cooked beef and 1/2 cup of the salsa. Cook over med-high heat stirring occasionaly until hot.

Press each biscuit into 6-in rounds.

Spoon 1/3 cup meat mix and 1 tbls cheese into center of each round.

Fold dough in half over filling. Press to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake 9-14 min or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa.
