Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 8 pieces Bacon
- 8 oz Mushrooms, Fresh
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 4 oz Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded
- Honey
- Dijon
Directions

Season Chicken, then grill until just done. (keep warm)

Fry Bacon until crisp, in the same skillet saute the mushrooms, butter and garlic.

Top with shredded cheese and broil/bake until cheese is melted.

Drizzle with Honey/Dijon sauce (for Jay)
