Ingredients
- 2 2lb flank steaks
- 1 c cooking oil
- 1 c dry red wine
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions

Place steaks in shallow pan

Combine remaining ingredients & pour over meat

Marinate overnight

Broil 5-7 minutes on each side 3" from heat

Baste frequently

Slice thinly on the diagonal
