Ingredients
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 4 large tomatoes, seeded & coarsely chopped
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- salt & pepper
- grated romano cheese
- 1 lb uncooked medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/2 chopped fresh basi
- 1/3 c black olives, pitted & sliced
- 1 tbsp minced shallot
- 1 lb fettucini, freshly cooked
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.

Add shrimp, tomatoes, basil, olives, garlic & shallot

Season with salt & pepper

Cook until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes

Pour over pasta & toss
