Ingredients
- 1 (9oz) pkg cheese ravioli
- 1 1/2 c zucchini, julienne-cut
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 1/2 c yellow summer squash, julienne-cut
- 1/2 c sliced green onions
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 oz (1/2 c) shredded mozzarella
Directions

Cook ravioli to desired doneness

Drain, rinse with hot water, set aside

Heat oil in large skilled over medium-high heat

Add zucchini, squash, pepper, onion & garlic

Cook & stir 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender

Add basil, salt & pepper & ravioli

Cook an additional 3-5 minutes until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally

Sprinkle with cheese
