Ingredients
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb boneless sirloin, cut into cubes
- onion
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 lb medium raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
- zucchini
- yellow squash
- red or yellow bell pepper chunks
Directions

In shallow dish or plastic bag, combine oil, lemon juice, spices & garlic

Add shrimp & meat

Cover, marinate in refrigerator 3-4 hours

Skewer shrimp & meat with vegetables

Grill or broil as desired basting frequently with marinated

Can substitute 1/2lb scallops for sirloin
