Ingredients
- 1 large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 c white wine
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
Directions

Press each shrimp flat into butterfly (cut if necessary)

Place shrimp in shallow glass dish or plastic bag.

Mix remaining ingredients except lemon & pour over shrimp

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour

Remove shrimp from marinate, reserve marinade

Arrange shrimp on lightly greased hinged wire grill basket

Cover and grill about 4" from medium coals 6-10 minutes, turning basket and brushing shrimp 2-3 times with marinade until shrimp are pink.

Garnish with lemon slices and, if desired, fresh parsley
