Ingredients
- 4 medium peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 c onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- salt & pepper
- 1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c water
- 1 c instant rice
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions

Parboil peppers 5 minutes

Saute beef & onion in large skillet

Add garlic powder, seasoning, salt & pepper, tomatoes and 1/2 can tomato sacue, water & rice

Bring to boil, reduce to low & cook covered 15 minutes.

Stuff peppers, cover with remaining sauce, cover & bake at 350’ for 30 minutes

Uncover, top with cheese and cook 10 minutes
