Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16oz) angel hair pasta
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 small red chili, seeded & finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 c white wine
- 12 oz shrimp, peeled & devined
Directions

Cook pasta as directed

Heat oil in 4 qt dutch oven or 12" skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook parsley, garlic & chili in oil, stirring frequently until garlic is golden brown.

Stir in wine, nutmeg & shrimp. Reduce heat

Cover & simmer about 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.

Drain pasta, mix with shrimp mixture in dutch oven.

Cook over medium heat at least 2 minutes, stirring frequently
