Ingredients
- 6 slices of toast, quartered
- 1 lb bacon, fried crispy & brown
- turkey breast, cooked & sliced
- 2 tbsp margarine, melted
- 1/3 c parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 6 tbsp margarine
- 1 c flour
- 1 c turkey/chicken broth
- 2 c hot milk
- 1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp salt
Directions

For cheese sauce, melt 6 tbsp margarine in sauce pan. Blend in flour, add broth & hot milk, stirring constantly until thick. Add cheese & salt, still stirring. When cheese melts, set aside. Beat with whip until smooth before using.

For cassarole, line bottom of buttered 9X13 pan with toast & top evenly with bacon. Cover with turkey slices.

Pour cheese overall, covering completely.

Bake at 375’ for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with parmesan & paprika (previously mixed together)

Return to oven and bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown & bubbly
