Ingredients
- 3/4 c fresh white bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire
- 1/2 lb crab meat
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions

Mix bread crumbs & egg in medium bowl

Add chopped parsley, mayonnaise, worcestershire & seasoning. Stir to combine

Mix in crabmeat

Season to taste with salt & pepper

For crab mixture into 6 1/3" thick patties (can be prepared 6 hours ahead of time)

Cover & refrigerate

Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat

Add patties & cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes / side

Serve with lemon wedges
