Skillet Chops & Rice

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 cup rice (regular cook)
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 c chopped celery

Directions

  1. In skillet brown chops & pour off fat.

  2. Season with salt & pepper

  3. Add soup, water & celery

  4. Cover & simmer 30 minutes

  5. Stir in rice

  6. Cover & simmer 20 minutes
