Ingredients
- 2 small loaves Rich's frozen bread dough
- 1/2 lb genoa salami
- 1/4 lb hot capicola
- 1/2 lb provolone
- 1/4 lb imported ham
Directions

Lightly coat bread dough with oil, defrost & let rise per directions on package.

Punch dough down & flatten

Try not to handle dough too much

Layer cheese & meats

Roll up & pinch ends

Seal seam by pinching

Place on parchment paper, seam down

Bake at 350’ for 25-35 minutes until golden brown

Should sound hollow when tapped
