Stromboli

Ingredients

  • 2 small loaves Rich's frozen bread dough
  • 1/2 lb genoa salami
  • 1/4 lb hot capicola
  • 1/2 lb provolone
  • 1/4 lb imported ham

Directions

  1. Lightly coat bread dough with oil, defrost & let rise per directions on package.

  2. Punch dough down & flatten

  3. Try not to handle dough too much

  4. Layer cheese & meats

  5. Roll up & pinch ends

  6. Seal seam by pinching

  7. Place on parchment paper, seam down

  8. Bake at 350’ for 25-35 minutes until golden brown

  9. Should sound hollow when tapped
