Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c slivered almonds
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 lb fish fillets
- 2 tbsp white wine
Directions

Place butter in 1 1/2 qt microwave-safe dish

Microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted.

Arrange fish in dish with thickest part to outside edges. Cover with plastic wrap

Microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, rotating dish 1/2 way through cooking

Transfer fish to serving platter

Add almonds & lemon juice to pan drippings

Microwave on high for 1 minute or until thoroughly heated

Pour over fish
