Ingredients
- 1 pkg chicken backs, turkey legs or chicken legs
- 1 pkg chicken wings
- onion
- Accent
- celery
- salt & pepper
Directions

Cover chicken, celery stalks & onion with water

Boil slowly 1/2 hour, partially covered with lid

Strain with cheesecloth

Put in fridge, skim fat and freeze

Can add Accent for flavor when reheated
