Pulled Pork Sammies

Ingredients

  • 5 lb boneless pork butt shoulder roast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Rub seasonings into roast.

  2. Cook in water on low 6-8 hours.

  3. Pull with fork to shred.
