Chicken Taco Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6-8 chicken thighs (you can use breast but it will be a little drier)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 cup of chicken broth (from boiled chicken)
  • 1-2 cups of shredded cheese
  • 1 bag of Nacho Dorito's

Directions

  1. Boil chicken and debone or cut up into a

  2. casserole dish. Crumble Dorito’s on top of

  3. chicken. Mix together soups, rotel and broth. Pour over chicken and chips. Top with

  4. cheese. Place in a 350 oven until heated

  5. through. You can make this up a day in

  6. advance and put in the frige and put in the

  7. oven when you are ready to serve.
