Ingredients
- 2 c. organic vegetable broth
- 1 c. organic quinoa, well-rinsed
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- sea salt
- pepper
Directions

Bring broth to a boil in a saucepan.

Add quinoa, herbs, salt and pepper.

Stir, cover and lower heat.

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Fluff with a fork before serving.
