Herbed quinoa

Ingredients

  • 2 c. organic vegetable broth
  • 1 c. organic quinoa, well-rinsed
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Bring broth to a boil in a saucepan.

  2. Add quinoa, herbs, salt and pepper.

  3. Stir, cover and lower heat.

  4. Simmer for 15 minutes.

  5. Fluff with a fork before serving.
