Ingredients
- 2 large green peppers
- 1/2 lb sliced mushroom
- 1 large onion
- 2 tbs canola oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 loaf frozen whole wheat bread dough
- 3/4 lb American cheese
- 1/2 lb shaved roast beef
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp water
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella

In a skillet, saute the peppers mushrooms and onion in oil until tender

On baking sheet coated in cooking spray, roll dough into 15 × 10 in rectangle. Layer half of cheese, all of roast beef and veggie mixture lengthwise over half of dough to within 1/2 in of edges. Top with remaining cheese. Fold dough over filling; pinch seams to seal and tuck edges under

Combine egg white and water. Brush over dough. Cut slits in top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
