Black Eyes Pea Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 C cooked peas (or 2 cans drained)
  • 4 seeded jalapeno's
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/2 pd. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 pd. butter

Directions

  1. Cook peas and drain, or drain two cans of

  2. peas. Place in a mixing bown and add

  3. jalapeno’s, onion, cheese, garlic and butter.

  4. Mix with a mixer until creamy. Put into

  5. a crock pot to keep warm. Serve with

  6. Frito’s.
