Fully Loaded Baked Potato Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup mashed potatoes
  • 2 TBSP wate
  • 1 tub Chive & Onions Cream Chesse
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 TBSP Real Bacon Bits
  • 1/4 Sour Cream
  • Ritz Toasted Chips Original

Directions

  1. Heat Oven 350 Degrees

  2. Mix mashed potatoes, water, cream cheese and half onion until well blended

  3. Spoon into 1-qt baking dish or 9in pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

  4. Sprinkle with Cheddar and bacon bits

  5. Bake 15-20 min or until cheddar is melted and dip is heated through. top with sour cream and remaining onions and serve with chips
