Pam’s Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb butter
  • 3 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1 103/4 oz chicken soup
  • 2lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1pt sour cream
  • 2c cheddar cheese
  • 2c corn flakes crushed
  • 1/4c margarine melted

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.

  2. Add 2lb bag of potatoes broken apart.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Place in 13×9 pan.

  5. Topping: combine butter and corn flakes spread on top.

  6. ke 45 min on 350.
