Ingredients
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 c mayo
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 c cubed cooked chicken
- 4 celery ribs thinly sliced
- 1c chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 c chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c chopped red pepper
- 4 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 20 lettuce leaves
- 20 mini croissants split and toasted
Directions

In small bowl combine sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, s/p.

In large bowl combine the chicken celery mushroom and peppers.

Stir in the sour cream mix until combined cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Just before serving stir in bacon and pecans. Spoon 1/4 c onto each lettuce lined croissant.
