Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- 1 lb swiss cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 c dry white wine
- 3 tbsp Kirsh (liquor)
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- pepper
- Bread
- Apples
Directions

Rub pot with garlic cloves

Heat wine until boiling

Mix together all other ingredients and add to wine

Stir in cheese

Stir fondue back & forth, not in a circle to keep from forming a ball

Anyone dropping bread squares into pot has to kiss the person to the right.
