Ingredients
- 3/4 c raspberries
- 1/4 c reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp shallot minced
- 2 tsp dijon honey mustard
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- pepper

In blender puree fresh raspberries with chicken broth. Scrape puree through sieve into med bowl discard seeds.

Whisk into puree canola oil, apple cider vinegar, shallot, dijon mustard and s/p.
