Ingredients
- 2 C heavy cream
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c parmesan, grated
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c fresh spinach (chopped & cooked) or
- 2 boxes spinach (frozen/cooked)
- 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp oregano
Directions

Combine 1st seven custard ingredients and mix well.

Combine filling ingredients and place in bottom of pie shell.

Gently pour in custard (use spouted measuring cup)

Bake at 300’ for 45-50 minutes
