Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 9 3/4 oz cans cashews salted
- 1/3 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
Directions

Whisk together egg white and water in large bowl.

Add cashews toss to coat.

Transfer to colander to drain for 2 min.

In another bowl combine sugar and spices add cashews, toss to coat.
