Ingredients
- 4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, or to taste
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. sour cream whisked with 3 tbs of White Vinegar
- 1 tsp cracked pepper
Directions

Toss together the cucumbers and onion in a large bowl. Gently toss in the sour cream mixture, then stir in pepper and dill, cover, and refrigerate until cold.

Note: This can also be eaten at room temperature, but be sure to allow the cucumbers to marinate for at least 1 hour.
