Peggy’s Pastry

Room temp eggs and lard is key

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 t. w. sugar
  • 1 c. lard
  • 2 t. b. powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • Moist Ing.
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 t. vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Mix wet ingredients.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and knead with added flour. Roll and use.
