Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 t. celery seeds
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

Brown pork chops in hot fat. Combine all sauce ingredients and mix well. Pour over pork chops. Cover pan.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Add water occasionally if needed.
