Ingredients
- 1 T. oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 10 3/4-oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can water
- 2 cups minute rice
Directions

Heat oil in skillet over medium high-heat. Add chicken breasts; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet.

Add soup and water. Bring to a boil.

Stire in uncooked minute rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
