Campbell’s 15 Minute Chicken & Rice Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 T. oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 10 3/4-oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 2 cups minute rice

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium high-heat. Add chicken breasts; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet.

  2. Add soup and water. Bring to a boil.

  3. Stire in uncooked minute rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
